Aera's affiliated advisors are accredited with all of the major lenders who want to help us get you into your first home.
Like any other mortgage advisor in the market, fees are paid for by the lender as part of their costs of doing business. You do not get penalised when using an advisor to arrange your financing.
There are sometimes lenders that do things differently, but you will be advised very early on if this is the case. There is no obligation to proceed at any point.
If an advisor does a lot of work for you, there may be a fee charged but again, this will be advised to you at the start.
