First Home WInter sprint 2026 – Terms & Conditions

Promotion Overview
Information on how to enter and the prize are part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the First Home Winter Sprint (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All times stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are based on New Zealand Standard Time (NZST) or New Zealand Daylight Time (NZDT) as the case requires.
Eligibility
This Promotion is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
The following are ineligible: (i) employees (and their immediate family) of the Promoter, Aera 22 Opco Limited (“Aera”). Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
To be eligible to receive the grand prize, the participant must successfully purchase their first home within 3 months using Aera’s services, including signing a Sale and Purchase Agreement facilitated by Aera and completing settlement on that property.

Promotion Period
This Promotion commences at 12:00 AM NZST on 08/06/2026 and ends at 11:59 PM NZST on 21/06/2026 (“Promotion Period”).
How to Enter
To enter this Promotion, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period, undertake the following steps:
• Be an active member of Aera and completed their member profile in the app.
• Opt-in to the Winter Sprint using the banner on the Aera app home screen.
In order to be eligible for the grand prize draw, a participant must opt-in to the Winter Sprint prior to the commencement of tasks (8th June 2026, respectively). The cut-off date is 11:59 PM NZST 7th June 2026.
Completion of sprint tasks and entry into the Promotion does not guarantee receipt of the grand prize. Participation grants eligibility only and is subject to the additional conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions, including the requirement to purchase a property with Aera.

Process
Once entered into this Promotion, the following steps will be used to establish the promotion winner and prize fulfilment:
• Participants must complete each sprint task on the day it is published to be eligible for any prize draw.
• One (1) provisional grand prize winner will be selected from eligible participants at the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
• Selection as the provisional grand prize winner does not guarantee receipt of the prize.
In order to receive the grand prize, the provisional winner must:
• Purchase their first home using Aera’s services.
• Sign a Sale and Purchase Agreement facilitated by Aera.
• Complete settlement on the property.
• Have physically moved into the purchased property.
The grand prize will only be fulfilled once all of the above conditions have been met. If the provisional winner does not complete a purchase with Aera within a reasonable timeframe determined by Aera, Aera reserves the right to withdraw the prize or award it to another eligible participant.

Limits on entry
One entry per person will be permitted for the grand prize entry. This is for any participants who have completed all tasks on the day they're published for all 14 days of the Winter Sprint.
ANNOUNCEMENT DETAILS
The promotion will close on 21/06/2026 at 11:59 PM NZST at the Aera NZ offices, Auckland, New Zealand.
The winner will be notified via phone and email within five (5) business days of the close. The winner’s details (first initial, surname, and suburb) will be published via the Aera NZ website and social media channels after notification.

Prize
Win a luxury Fiji escape for 2 at the iconic Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort, Denarau Island — including return economy airfare from Melbourne, 3 nights’ accommodation with daily breakfast (valued at ~$120/night for 2), return airport transfers, and NZD $500 in dining credits to use flexibly across lunch and dinner during your stay.
1. Prize is for 2 people (1 winner + 1 guest) departing from Auckland, New Zealand.
2. To be eligible, a purchase must be made between1 July 2026 and 30 September 2026(inclusive).
3. Travel must be booked within the period 1 May 2027 to 31 October 2027. All bookings must be made at least three (3) months in advance of the travel date.
4. Travel is not permitted during the following blackout periods: 5–20 July 2027 (AU school holidays) and 20–27 September 2027 (NZ school holidays).
5. Accommodation is for 3 nights at Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort, Denarau Island, in a standard room category (subject to availability at time of booking).
6. Airfare is economy class, return, Auckland–Nadi. Airline and routing at the discretion of the promoter.
7. Transfers are return, Nadi Airport to Sheraton Fiji, Denarau Island.
8. Daily breakfast for 2 guests is included in the room rate for the duration of the stay. At time of publication, the Sheraton Fiji breakfast buffet is priced at FJD $59.50 per adult; pricing is subject to change.
9. Dining credits of NZD $500 are valid for use at participating Sheraton Fiji restaurants during the stay only. Credits may be used flexibly across lunch and dinner at the winner’s discretion. At time of publication, the Sheraton Fiji dinner buffet is priced at FJD $129 per adult and lunch is à la carte; pricing is subject to change. Credits are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and any unused balance is forfeited at checkout.
10. Meals and beverages beyond the included breakfast and dining credits are at the winner’s own expense.
11. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize.
12. Prize must be redeemed within the stated travel window. Failure to travel within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize.
13. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if required.
14. Any costs not expressly listed — including travel insurance, incidentals, visa fees, and personal expenses — are the responsibility of the winner.
15. Winner must hold a valid passport and meet all entry requirements for Fiji at time of travel.
